Japanese Milk Bread

Japanese milk bread is a bread unlike any other. Extremely tender, fluffy and slightly sweet with a pillowy texture that is a product of the Japanese tangzhong method. This bread takes more time and care to make, and can only be made in small batches, but the first bite will spoil you for any other sandwich bread.
